Rehearsal Dinner:

Two hour rental, fee includes set up and use of 60” round tables, chairs, linens, and kitchen. Minimum of 25 people. 25 % of rental fee is due as a deposit.

* The fee is $5 per person if you are having a wedding and reception at the mansion as well.

 

Bridal Photography

You and your photographer may use the beautiful and grand Belmont Mansion as a backdrop for your portrait. $50 an hour. Changing room available. Must be scheduled in advance.

 

Commercial Photography

Want to shoot your next music video? $100 an hour. Changing room available. Must be scheduled in advance.

1. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Belmont Mansion or on the campus of Belmont University.
2. Capacity restriction is to be followed. "Stretching" the capacity limits will not be allowed.
3. Events cannot take place during regular touring hours, i.e., all Saturday events must be in the evening.
4. All professionally insured caterers are welcome.
5. Wedding parties are responsible for providing their own caterer, florist, photographer, director, minister, musicians, etc.
6. Service personnel are expected to follow the rules of the facility and should be provided with a copy.
7. Rooms outside the Grand Salon are purely museum rooms and are NOT functional space for your event. Your guests may, however, view the main floor rooms.
8. Belmont Mansion is an historic house museum. There are some rules that you may not encounter at other rental facilities. Please see contract for complete rules and regulations.
