Documentation:

1847 – September - Listed in September inventory of Isaac Franklin’s estate as Betsy’s fifth child and belonging to Adelicia given to her by her father O. B. Hayes. No previous record of this transition has been found, but it is plausible this happened in 1839 when Adelicia married Isaac.

1871 – March 10 – An Amanda (with no last name given) was buried in the Nashville City Cemetery.

1881 – The Nashville City Directory listed an Amanda Acklin (colored) as a widow of William H. and living at Line near Belleville.
